Jamie Hester & Dianne Dunn joined forces to create The Reside Team under the fabulous brokerage of Vineyard Real Estate Group to take advantage of the skills and experience they each have to offer and provide an enhanced customer experience for their clients.

 

Jamie thrives by being able to jump and go serve her clients when needed. Because of her husband's work in roofing and general construction, Jamie provides her Buyers and Sellers with a unique perspective when looking at homes to consider for purchase, or when preparing a home for sale.

 

With Jamie available to go at a moment's notice, Dianne is able to focus her efforts on managing the phones and contracts so a deadline is never missed. Dianne's experience in Real Estate Photography provides the team with a unique perspective for their sellers to ensure their homes make the best possible first impression, and her proficiency in Spanish allows the team to be able to serve a wider client base.

Additionally, since both the Hester and Dunn families have a passion to care for children in need, they were excited to partner up and be able to commit a percentage of each sale to give to Orphan and Foster Care organizations.
