Dunn Deal Atlanta: The Dunn Team + The Reside Team....
The Dunn Team is a husband and wife real estate team serving Cobb and Paulding Counties. Dianne is also a real estate photographer and Chris is also a math teacher at a local high school. They enjoy helping agents, family, and friends (and referral clients who become friends!) through good, old-fashioned customer service and personalized attentiveness. They believe more in educating their clients rather than selling to them, and would prefer to help them reach a momentous goal versus closing a bigger deal. Jamie Hester joined The Dunn Team to create The Reside/Dunn Team under the fabulous brokerage of Vineyard Real Estate Group to take advantage of the skills and experience they each have to offer and provide an enhanced customer experience for their clients.
Jamie thrives by being able to jump and go serve her clients when needed. Because of her husband's work in roofing and general construction, Jamie provides her Buyers and Sellers with a unique perspective when looking at homes to consider for purchase, or when preparing a home for sale.
With Jamie available to go at a moment's notice, Dianne is able to focus her efforts on managing the phones and contracts so a deadline is never missed. Dianne's experience in Real Estate Photography provides the team with a unique perspective for their sellers to ensure their homes make the best possible first impression, and her proficiency in Spanish allows the team to be able to serve a wider client base.
