Why Hire a Pro?

(These are before & afters of homes agents had me re-photograph due to sitting on the market too long with dull, unprofessional photos. Each of these sold within 2 weeks after the agent updated the photos!)

Now, we'll give you our two cents...

1) Yes, we all know by now that 92% of Buyers begin their search online (NAR Statistics). Since most Buyers begin online, what makes them choose which houses to see? Pictures. Therefore, more Buyers see the listings with more pictures. The better the photos, the more the Buyers want to see the home = more showings = more offers = the faster it sells = the higher the price.

2) But ALSO... now, many SELLERS begin their search online as well, looking to see how a prospective agent has marketed previous listings. Therefore, your past listings become your PORTFOLIO work to be judged by future potential sellers. Will Sellers remember it was a hot market and homes sold as soon as they hit the market back when? Or will they just see poor-quality photos and assume you market all homes that way?
