All prices are based on a combination of time, square footage, and list price
starting at $150 and increasing by $25 per 500 sqft after 2000 sqft
until we reach $500k, then it's calculated List Price x .05% (.0005) rounded down.*

For example:

Homes under 2000 sq ft = $150 (base price) (sessions usually take < 1 hour)
Homes up to 2500 sq ft = $175 (sessions usually take about 1.5 hours)
Homes up to 3000 sq ft = $200 (sessions take about 2 hours)
Homes up to 3500 sq ft = $225 (sessions take about 2.5 hours)
Home listed at $500, 000 x .05% = $250
Home listed at $650, 000 x .05% = $325
Home listed at $800,000 x .05% = $400
Home listed at $1,500, 000 x .05% = $750

*Prices subject to change based on the distance and details of the home to be photographed,
